We are a working family of 3 and we have a fully furnished spare room with a separate shared bathroom. The bus stop is just outside the driveway and it's a 5 minute walk to the train station and shops. The nearest suburbs are easily accessible by train and bus (30 minutes to the city) and the west coast beaches are about 20 to 30 minutes away by car. There is of course access to the kitchen and laundry facilities.
