Beautiful setting, architecturally designed two-storied house and very convenient location. 10 minutes to central city or Takapuna on the bus. Short 5 minute walk to bus stop at top of street.

Downstairs room: extremely comfortable king single bed. Desk, shelves, double wardrobe and access from the bedroom onto a balcony overlooking the valley.$290 including breakfast and dinner. There is an option to prepare your own food, with own fridge and full access to kitchen facilities for $200 per week.

Smart TV, Netflix and WI-fi, unlimited broadband. Off-street parking space.
Access to Little Shoal Bay and several beautiful bush walks literally at back door.
Children are 15 & 17 years old. One is here only every second weekend, the other every second week. Very busy during term time with school, sports and homework.
We have a 2 year old labrador dog.
