Have 2 rooms available @ $280 each a week includes breakfast and dinner
1st room has queen bed , views ,wardrobe , tv see photos
2nd room has king single bed , views wardrobe and tv see photos
My husband and I live in our 2 story home with swimming pool which is available for you to use , one cat and views over to the city

Top street which leads down to the marina where you could catch the ferry over to the CBD ( city ) @ $ on a hop card
Walking distance we have super market ,cafes and plenty of other shops including the northwest mall which is a 5 min drive.
We also have bus stops in the street which take you to the north shore etc and includes school buses to westlake , Rangitoto etc
Breakfast you can prepare yourself from the cereals ,fruit , toast ,spreads coffee , teas and juice which we will provide
Dinner I will prepare good kiwi food , meat an veg / salads also barbecues
Snacks you will have to supply your own stash
We like to keep the house clean and tidy and expect our home stays to do the same and respect some house rules .
You will have unlimited use of fibre internet
You may have to check availability as some weeks are booked.
A $50 booking fee is required to hold room which will then come off your first week stay.
If you fail to turn up on the booked date you will not have the $50 refunded unless you have given the 15 days free cancellation
