Homestay in Petrie Terrace, QLD

We are a young family who grew up with homestay students in our house since we were born. We are TESOL qualified English teachers. We teach English online and love travelling and meeting people from all over the world.

We have a brand new home, completed in 2018, in Petrie Terrace, ready to be your home too. It is only a 10 minute walk to the QUT Kelvin Grove Campus (where you can attend classes and take the free shuttle to the Gardens Point Campus) and a 25 minute walk to the heart of Brisbane City.

If you want to explore Brisbane, there is a bus stop 5 minutes away and Roma Street Station, the main train station in Brisbane, is only a 15 minutes walk away. There are many amenities like supermarkets and restaurants within 10-15 minutes walk at the Barack’s Petrie Terrace or the QUT Kelvin Grove shops.

We currently have 2 single rooms and 1 shared double room with 2 single beds suitable for 2 students or a couple. The shared room will be only $250/week per person.
