Gorgeous cottage located close to the beach and the vibrant Semaphore Village with cafes and cinema. You are in walking distance to supermarkets and fresh fruit and vegetables. Its a 2 minute walk to the train station from my home - the city, Adelaide University, UniversitySA, Adelaide TAFE are only 20 minutes by train. Its only 3 train stops to Port Adelaide TAFE. If studying at University of Adelaide Roseworthy Campus it is a 40 minute drive.
I am offering a large bedroom adjacent to a large family room with a queen sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers - with every comfort. While breakfast is supplied you have full use of the kitchen and laundry. Gas, Electricity, Water and Internet charges are included in the weekly rent. The home is very quiet and ideal for a student. My family have married and left home.
