Avilable a single or double bedroom in a two storey spacious and modern house on a large property with direct access to a reserve. The rooms are on the lower level with own lounge and bathroom. Direct access to a deck from the lounge and via a French door from the double bedroom. Fridge, TV and dining area in the lounge downstairs. Kitchen to be shared on the upper floor. Unlimited high speed internet access.

Rent for the single room $ 200 and double room $ 250 . Maximum occupancy 2 persons .

I am a medical doctor live with my 11 year old son and my 9 year old daughter who stay with me only half of the week and every second weekend. It is a family home with young children. Strictly none smoking. No excessive drinking or party. Supplying grocery negotiable but unfortunately I can not provide cooked meal. Free to use kitchen on the upper floor.

Glendowie is a quite and safe suburb. 3 km from St Heliers beach. Bus station to Auckland central just 300 m away. 30 minutes direct bus. Trian ride from the Glen Innes train station to Auckland Central 17 minutes.
