We are recruiting women's homestay at Hillcrest, North Shore, Auckland.

Two rooms available: 2 Double

Week: $ 300 to $ 320
Available for tenancy
: From 1/02/2019 Furniture: Built-in wardrobe, bedding, desk, chair
Included Common service fees: water bill / electricity bill/ Internet bill

We are a small family and looking for two Homestay mates.
- Rooms will Be Available From 1St February
- Room Includes A Bed, A Desk and Chair, Lighting and Small Built-In-Wardrobe.
- Bathroom Will Be Shared If one more homestay mate coming in.
- Non-smoker, No pets, No drinkers please

Transportation:
- less than 9 minute walk to the bus stop
- City (5-10 minutes by car, 10-15 minutes by bus +)
- Airport (less than 35 minutes by car ) - Motorway (5 minutes by car)
- Bus: 926 to Akoranga Dr AUT Campus (2 minute walk to bus stop!)

Medical facilities:
- Northshore Hospital
- Family Medical Centre

Amenity of the area: (School Zone)
School, library, pool, within walking distance, 2 minutes to park, within the hospital / medical center / dental (5-7 minutes by car), white cross (24 hours emergency) Access to Countdown, Pakn'Save, Glenfield Mall etc is also easy.

Condition:
- Parking: Off street
- NO pet, NO Drinkers, non smoker ~ please.
