Great homestay friendly family but very busy likes privacy. Just trying to rent out room. Based in Orakei only 5 mins walk to bus stop and 5 mins to city or mission bay. Top location. Room fully furnished welcome to come view. New student must be keep room clean and tidy at all times please.
