Homestay in Auckland

Kia Ora!
We are a Christian Family of 3 who are friendly, outgoing & enjoy meeting new people. We are Parents to a 24yr old son & we consider ourselves a close knit family. We live in a lovely 1940's character brick & tile 3 bedroom house which is centrally located in the heart of Mt Roskill - an ethnically diverse community of cultures & people. Ideally, we are looking for a Mature Male who is clean & tidy & able to look after himself.
### Please Note: Breakfast is provided but you will need to Help yourself to Cereals, Bread/Toast, Tea & Coffee etc. As we are frequently out most evenings, on the occasions we are home, you are more than welcome to join us for Dinner meals. Price includes your Bedroom with bed & full Linen provided, unlimited internet, power, gas, water and off-street car parking & food. You are welcome to use the kitchen and all kitchen appliances to prepare & cook your own meals. We have gas top cooker & electric oven.
We are also spoiled for choice with Asian & Indian Specialty Food Markets a short walk away, a nearby Shopping Centre including lots of Eateries & Cafe's, Banks, Doctors, Dentist, Physio, Gym & Supermarket within an easy 10 minute walk.
We are only a 2 minute walk to public Bus transport. The City Centre & Auckland University is just a 30 minute Bus ride & Mt Albert Unitec is also only a 25-30 minute Bus ride away. Every Tuesday & Friday there is a local Farmers Market offering freshly grown fruits & vegetables & local produce. A great way to meet some of the ethnic community.

We only ask that you treat & respect our home with the same care as we do and we also do not permit smoking, parties or any alcohol on our premises.
