Hi! Our homestay is located in 10 Canterbury Rd Camberwell (Zone 1, one of the best subs in Melbourne), where is 1 minute walk to tram stop. 5-7 minutes walk to Camberwell train station. Only take 16 minutes to city and many universities and schools. 1 minute walk to fashionable shopping street with big supermarkets and lots nice cafes and many lovely parks near by.

Who are we?
Hi! We are a well educated professional couple (one is a lawyer with double degrees from Melbourne Uni and the other one with Masters of Education in & Early Childhood. We have a beautiful 8 years old boy, a 6 years old girl and small outdoor pets (fishes, bird, bunnies), no smoking. Our interests include travelling, cooking, movies, music(writing and playing our own music!), sports (racing motorbikes).

Experience?
We have had great times hosting international students for the last 10 years. Plus, the homestay mother was working as educational consultant for more than 9 years to help international student's school placement and visa issues. Hence, we always provide extra assistance to our homestay students. Both of us really enjoy helping international students practice and improve their English skills. We also love to host family with young kids too!

The house?
The house is newly renovated, very attractive, clean and our family creates an excellent fun atmosphere with enough privacy for you to study in your own time and space. We provide 3 fresh, international meals everyday (other than Fri & Sat) and we often bake cakes for afternoon tea or desserts too! We provide heating, DVD, washing machine, fully furnished, lovely garden with BBQ, swimming pool and much more!

Homestay Fees?
Over 18 years old: (with 3 meals/day)
Single bedroom: AUD$390/week
Double bedroom(sole use) : AUD$450/week
Twin share: AUD$350/week/person
