We are fun young family of 5. We live in Castor Bay, on Auckland’s North Shore in a two storey modern and sunny home with panoramic sea views. We are situated very close to bus stops, milford beaches, Milford mall and Takapuna. Travel to CBD: 5min walk to bus stop and takes 15mins bus trip into Auckland CBD.
We have 2 bedrooms available at $300 each, these are as follows:
• 1 double bedroom with double bed, sofa couch (or additional bed if needed), desk, drawers and own toilet and basin.
• 1 single bedroom with single bed, desk, drawers and courtyard.
• Breakfast and dinner for 7 days included in board payment and unlimited wifi.
We are friendly, and tidy family with lots of experience with international students. All nationalities welcomed however prefer only female students.
We ask 2 weeks board in advance to secure bedrooms as bond payment.
