Description
Large Art Deco family home in great area with very good public transport. 1 adult, 2 children and 2 cats.
Fun, friendly family. 1 Art teacher mother and 2 children (16yrs and 13yrs). We love Art, Sport, walks, board games. movies and friends.
We've had International students for last 4 yrs. Looking for 2 more girls (International or Australian). Must be clean and tidy. Rent covers, board, bills (water, gas, electricity, wifi for study only) and some food (breakfast and dinner). Can cook for yourself or join us. We can provide student help with English and getting settled and organised. Clean, safe environment. Happy if student over 18 and wanting to be very independent. Come check out place if you'd like to first.
