I have a room to sublet in a modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Summer Hill. You will have your own bathroom, and will only be sharing the whole house with one other girl. Your room also an has air-conditioner! We also have our own washing machine and dryer, and small outside area.
Room can be furnished for an extra $15/week. Price includes internet but excludes utilities, which will be split 2 ways. The house is just 5 minutes walk from the train station, and 15 minutes by train to Central Station.
