Retired couple offer big house with 7 spare bedrooms, daughters moved out. With other students living here as well you will never be lonely, there will always be someone interested in you, especially us, your host family. We accept all nationalities, students or travelers aged 18 to 35yo. We prefer long term stays but if rooms are available, short term bookings are accepted. If you want to cook, you are welcome to use our guest kitchen, a fully equipped kitchenette. The weekly rent for a single room is $200 and for a double room $300, which includes, electricity, water, fast NBN WiFi and the use of the guest lounge, kitchenette and laundry. Guaranteed hot water when you shower, lockable bedrooms, off road parking. We have the prettiest, welcoming single and double bedrooms with your own lounge and cinema TV to share, no street noises.
