We are a family duo - two independent family members sharing our home and homestay.
We are looking for a clean, self-motivated person to join us in a friendly, relaxed environment. We have been happily hosting international students and flatmates for ten years now.
A bit of info for you:
1. We are 2 minutes’ walk to main bus route on Dominion Road which takes approx. 20 mins to get into the city
2. Unlimited WI-FI available
3. Breakfast items available to you to help yourself (standard items cereal, toast, milk, yoghurt and jams etc.)
4. We cook dinner each night and offer a wide variety of meals.
5. Furnished bedroom
6. Easy going household
7. Shared bathroom and two toilets one upstairs one downstairs
8. Laundry is included in the fee
9. Plenty of off-street parking
10. Handy to Dominion road, loads of restaurants & shops predominately Chinese
11. Handy to Sandringham road, loads of restaurants & shops predominately Indian
12. Westfield St. Lukes Mall & Mt. Albert Library is about a 15-20 minute walk
13. Very hand to many amenities, supermarket, banks, parks etc.
