Homestay in Toronto, ON

Hello,

I am a 23-year-old professional who is quiet and tidy looking for someone who can pay $175/week at my apartment from October 15 and on. Ideally, you have a stable income, you are tidy, friendly, and quiet. If you are a student that would be ideal also (working professionals are also acceptable). Male or female is acceptable as I have lived with female roommates in the past and had no issues.

Single room accommodation for students/travellers/professionals.

The room includes your own comfy twin size bed with sheets a working desk and a leather chair.

The place also features a common living room for relaxing and completing work as well as, a kitchen to cook and warm food.

The apartment is located at 100 lotherton pathway, North York in a safe area that has public transportation going to downtown and uptown Toronto every 5 minutes or so.
- It is a 15-minute bus ride to york university and is student friendly.
- 8 minutes to Lawrence subway station
- 10 minutes to Yorkdale mall and station
- 8 minutes to Wallmart, and other grocery stores

The place is fully furnished with air conditioning, heating, open kitchen, washroom, and living quarters.
