I live in a nice and quiet 2-bedroom unit next to a gorgeous park in Northcote Point. Bus-stops are approximately 5 minutes’ walk away and takes 5-10 minutes to get to the CBD. The room available has large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and a very comfortable double bed. Seeking female homestay who is clean, tidy and considerate.
