of Victoria in Australia insists upon. Rent includes utilities. Gas,water, & all three
meals. Airport pickups and other transport facilities available at an additional minimal charge. Full
laundry service is also available at an additional charge. Free cleaning of the common areas
provided on a daily basis. There are also a number of parks where you can roll out a picnic blanket
and review your study notes with friends, most notable of which is Wilson Botanic Gardens,Pioneers
Park on Lyall road. House is a gated property well secured with fence and gates, CCTV camera and
and internal alarm system. Ducted heating and has two levels. Built on a sloping land. 1
large bed room with ensuite. 2 small rooms with build in robes and a study. 2 large living areas. 2
kitchens. Lovely views overlooking hills towards Harkaway side. Tiled bbq area and a back yard.
Very residential with lovely neighbors.
ROOM DESCRIPTION: Harmony room: Furnished at the moment with 1 x single bed. Bed side
table. Study desk with lamp. Small bar fridge can be provided if necessary. If sharing, can furnish
with 2 x single beds or 1 x double bed. Garden room: Same as Harmony room. Bathroom in
between the two rooms. With 2 x wash basins and vanity. shower. Bathtub. Toilet adjoining the
x toilet, bidet, and a wash basin with cupboard. Other than meals included in rent,
snacks can be purchased by student. Will provide your room a small fridge and plenty of cupboard
space to store everything else. Name labelled storage containers will be provided. we provide
delicious home cooked food to suite your palate. Private transport is available if distance is too far to
travel or due to weather conditions. Short or long term stay. No minimum or maximum weeks. but
needs notice. INTERESTED STUDENTS SHOULD PROVIDE DETAILS OF SCHOOL OR UNI
