Home away from home! Extremely clean, spacious and newly renovated private 1-bedroom basement suite is in a quiet and safe cul-de-sac located in Mississauga Ontario. It has an open concept living area, a bedroom, bathroom, one driveway parking spot and a shared entrance to your private suite. It is a walking distance to a transit terminal, close to Meadowvale Go, and surrounded by beautiful trails and Lake Aquitaine for your early morning/evening walk or bike ride. You have a variety of restaurants just 5 minutes walk away.
The Space
• Bedroom (sleeps up to 3)- Comfortable double sized bed, full length mirror, closet with hangers, ironing table with iron and desk for your laptop
• Living Area – Two comfortable armchairs, glass coffee table, fire alarm and carbon dioxide alarm,
• Bathroom – Glass shower cubicle, sink and toilet, washing machine and dryer
• Shared Kitchen – Ceramic top stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, crockery, cutlery. Healthy breakfast and dinner are provided. Meals are eaten at the dining table on the main floor.

This is a very quiet Cul de Sac and neighbours appreciate its serenity
House Rules
Strictly
• No pets
• No loud music
• No smoking or vaping in the house, on or around the premises
• No parties of any type
• No drugs of any type (Marijuana included)
• No overnight house guests
• Kitchen must be left neat and tidy after each use
• Laundry done once a week on Saturdays
