Homestay in Auckland

I live in Avondale with my husband and son. The bus stop is at our door which takes you to the city, the train station is 5minutes away and so is the motorway. We are very central to everything, Unitec is a 8 min drive and University of Auckland is 14 min drive. We are a welcoming bunch, very down to earth and would love to share our house with a wonderful university student who is easy going, CLEAN, who would treat our house with RESPECT and does not mind a Teenager (he's pretty cool and loves playstation). We work full time Monday-Friday and have semi busy schedules. Internet is provided, big bedroom with a king size bed, a big kitchen if you enjoy cooking/baking the house also has a heat pump and a fully fenced private backyard. We are in walking distance to Avondale markets which has amazingly cheap produce as well as other cool things. This will be available from January 14th 2019 long term stay will be ideal.
