The address is on a main road however the townhouse is inset down a long driveway and is surrounded by plants and neighbouring townhouses and therefore you are unable to hear the road noise. It is very quiet.

We are clean and like to have a tidy house so we would like someone that respects our simple house rules to ensure the house is looking spotless and tidy. We are not restrictive on what the students do however we would like respectful and clean guests as we are professionals and take pride in a clean and presentable house.
We have been brought up by respectable families and we are big on manners. We would like someone that can observe simple rules like no shoes on the carpet or can clean up after themselves and can say please and thank you. We are not unreasonable and we are actually quite relaxed in most situations however having someone dirty, messy and untidy is not in our best interests as we are already very busy people and do not wish to have more work created for us.
