Homestay in Wellington

Hello, I am a professional woman who works full time at Wellington Hospital.
I live in a 3 level townhouse, 15 minute drive from the CBD.

The train station and bus stop are a 15 min walk downhill but a 25 min walk up hill – just think of the great calves you’ll get!
The train is a 2 train stop before reaching Wellington, literally only a 10 min commute on the train.

My house has a relaxed vibe, with beautiful views of Wellington Harbour. The native bush that surrounds the house is home to native birds like Tui and Kereru.

You are welcome to use all the facilities in the house, kitchen / laundry etc. I also have a big deck with BBQ that’s great for hosting friends. There is also unlimited Wi-Fi and Lightbox with your own log in.

The room for lease is the Master bedroom with ensuite. This room would comfortably fit a couple. Plenty of floor space, plenty of drawer space and a big walk in robe! Fully furnished, with clean linen and towels. A mini bar fridge, jug and crockery for those late night cup of teas is also provided.

The room is on the first floor, along with the front entrance so no need to come through the main house to get to your bedroom. Being on this first level is private and quiet. It also has a lockable bedroom door, therefore very secure.

I have a cat. Don’t worry, he’s an independent old man and will keep to himself. However, secretly, he is a ninja cat who will protect us while we sleep.

I would like an independent/busy person, as I have busy a life and are regularly away on business.
