We're a friendly family with 2 kids living in a safe, clean and spacious area. 20mins by car or 25mins by public transport to CBD (5-7mins walk from home to bus or train station). Close to Coles, shops, and restaurants. We have two rooms available. One room is single fully furnished, study desk, lamp, window, light, chair, heater which is $310/person.
The twin/share room $275/person has a super comfortable bunk bed (a double and a single bed) fully furnished, study desk, heater, ducted aircon, large and fresh air window very clean and comfortable. All rooms are freshly painted, light, clean, warm in winter and cool in the summer.
Updated: our big room is looking for a roommate to share. $275/person. You will be share with a lovely girl, she’s also a University nursing student. She’s quite and friendly.
Price is included electricity, meals, NBN unlimited wifi.
