Homestay in Christchurch, Canterbury

Modern 3 year old home with attached 34 square metre unit available including a fitted out kitchenette, walk in wardrobe, bathroom, mini fridge/freezer/TV/DVD Player/Convection Microwave and private garden living with a family of 5. Near buses, malls, city, river, beach, forest, and 5 minutes from the new QEII gym and pool facility.

Professional parents with kids aged 17, 8 and 5 and we host a Japanese student aged 17.

Require someone thoughtful and tidy who will treat our home like their own.

Breakfast and/or dinner can be provided if need be at an extra cost. However, advertised cost per week includes unlimited Internet/fiber, Netflicks/ power/bedding/ towels / Washing facilities and sundry items: cleaners/toilet papers.

Please note: Adults will need to be police vetted due to us hosting an international student already. And we can only host Females only due to the school rules.
