Belmont is a great location to live, handy to transport, food places/takeaways, cafes, bakery's, and vegetable grocer. Also close to the famous cafe - Little and Friday.
It's close to the bus stop for Central City, Takapuna and Devonport - just a 5 minute walk.
There is an express bus that goes directly to the City in the mornings and evenings - Bus 802 - which takes about 30 minutes.
Also close for the bus to AUT - North Shore.
The house is in a quiet location, ideal for students to study.
I'm ideally looking for a female homestay - who wants a nice, safe place to live.
Will need tp provide your own food and cooking.
