Homestay available for a single International student. Hi I have a lovely superior home that is in One Tree Hill/ Greenlane. It is easy to get the bus to the City or Newmarket. It is very close to shops, One Tree Hill Domain and two shopping centres, Greenlane and Royal Oak. The bedroom is large with a double bed. It has TV, DVD, heated towel rail, electric blanket, double bed, nice furniture and unlimited wireless Internet. You are able to use an area for some cooking. One room costs $180/$220per week inclusive all expenses. I also have a large double room with it’s own bathroom for 260/wk. I am a native New Zealander, who is a professional. There are small shops, cafe, dairy, takeaways, bakery, supermarket, 120 meters from the house. This is a top Central Auckland location.
