Homestay in Lower Hutt, Wellington

Hi, I have hosted International and New Zealand homestays for several years. Our home is in Lower Hutt. Myself, a young professional and uni student (in their 20’s) live here. You are within walking distance to Melling Train Station, Waterloo train Station which is a short ride into Wellington. You can also walk to Queensgate Shopping Mall. The bus stop at the end of our street can also takes you to the mall, Petone (weltec) Upper Hutt and Wellington. Breakfast (cereal, toast) is self catering. Dinner can be negiotated. You must be clean, tidy, independent and no raging parties. The room has a Queen size bed, wardrobe, desk if required,set of drawers and is warm and sunny. Please contact me for further information.
