We have a self-contained studio "The Stables" which has a loft space with a queen sized bed, two singles and a toilet. A kitchenette with a gas hob, microwave and fridge. A two seater lounge suite, stereo, TV and DVD player. The shower is across the yard with an extra sink and toilet. Our internet doesn't reach through the insulated and cosy "Stables" but these days it is easy to have internet/data with any phone or plug in device. There is a sunny deck and very private overlooking the country. Close to forest for walking, 10 minute drive to Albany, Orewa and 15 minutes to Browns Bay. Transport would be needed to get to a bus stop as that is 5km down the road. EVENING MEALS can be discussed as an option. HOSTING can be extended if needed.
