Room in a house for one student, living with host only. House is a 2 minute walk to bus stop and a ten minute walk to Magill Campus of UniSa. The room is a large double room with built ins. Will contain a bed, desk, chair and lamp. Meals provided- all meals or just one- it’s up to you. Have one indoor cat who won’t bother you. There are two living areas and a separate toilet. Shared bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and separate laundry with washing machine. Heating/ cooling in living areas. Price quoted is for room plus bills, but excluding meals, which ca be provided at extra cost.
