Fully furnished lower level of house with living room, bed room and bathroom ALL for ONE overseas student.
Living room is bright with sunshine roaring in and has sofa, bar, TV & sliding glass door that leads to back garden planted with beautiful flowers. Bed room with window has queen size bed, walk-in closet, dresser, book shelf, desk & chair. You can simply move in with your luggage.

200 yds. to bus stop from my house. 10 to 15 minutes bus ride to downtown, UBC, U-Hill Secondary School. 15 to 19 minutes bus ride to Point Grey or Magee Secondary School. Walking distance to Kitsilano, Lord Byng or Prince of Wales Secondary School. Also 15 minutes bus ride to private schools along Broadway (St. John's International & Century High School & Canada Royal Arts High School). Few bus stops to Broadway where all shops & restaurants are, OR simply walk 10 minutes to Broadway to shop/eat

Rate is $1,580/month & that includes all meals/fruits from breakfast to dinner & even late supper (all you can eat)....just like home. Rate also includes internet, laundry detergent, tissue etc. Meals are excellent Cantonese & Shanghainese cooking with occasional Western meals like beef steak, roast beef or pasta.

Owner is a retiree & doesn't need to work 9 am to 5 pm; doesn't need to spend hours looking after young children and is fully dedicated to care for your well-being. If you are from China, HK or Taiwan I can communicate with you or your parents by email or in Chinese. I speak English, Mandarin, Cantonese & Shanghainese.
