Modern, beautifully appointed 3 bedroom home in lovely leafy green suburb only 5km from city, 2 mins walk to public transport to all Adelaide city universities and colleges and the Uni SA Waite Campus. Conveniently located close to large shopping mall and supermarket, also a short 5 minute walk.

Your air-conditioned room is stylishly appointed with Single bed, desk, chair and built in wardrobe with mirrors as well as a wall mounted TV. All bedding is provided.

I am a 45 yr old professionally employed single female living with my 6 and 2 yr old sons. We have a clean, super friendly, quiet(ish) and polite household. I’m looking for a mature (in mind), independent, quiet, respectful and clean student.
