* House has airconditioning / heating.
* House has high speed NBN internet
* Opposite tram line for easy access to city (Adelaide Uni, Uni-SA, and TAFE) and beach (Glenelg). 20 minute tram trip to city ( distance).
* Flinders Uni is away, access via bus (public transport).
I would prefer long term homestay and will consider shorter stays.
