Remuera is a safe, nice and friendly suburb and the flat is very conveniently located as it takes only about 5 minutes to the nearest bus stop, 10 minutes to Countdown and about 10 minutes drive to Mission Bay / Kohimarama / St Heliers Beach.
The rate includes cold and hot water, laundry, electricity, unlimited WiFi and furnished room (built-in wardrobe, bed, desk and chair). Meals (breakfast and dinner) could be provided for $300 per week. Bathroom is shared and must be kept clean and tidy at all is also off-street parking available and a gate with passcode so it is a safe place to live in.
Looking for someone (either male or female) who is clean and tidy, responsible, respectful, independent, considerate and not a party-person but don’t mind having some good yarn and watch Netflix with us.
