I have two separate private rooms available in a new, beautiful and quiet townhouse, with 4 bathrooms, 2 outdoor areas and multiple living spaces to relax or study. You will be living with a family of 3 (parent and 2 children) and another international student.
The townhouse is centrally located in Mascot with easy access to the city, central, airport and eastern/northern/southern suburbs and beaches. 10 minute walk to Mascot train station and 5 minute walk to buses that service all these areas.
Homestay includes own private room, all utilities, use of internet, and breakfast/dinner if required. You and the other student will have your own private bathroom. One room is $400 per week and the other room is $350 per week. The rooms are only available to females.
