5 bedroom house 2 bathrooms 2 toilets , off road parking , close to all forms of transport ie tram train and bus 20 mins travel to city. I am an Australian man in my 60's and at present we have a Pakistan man and Saudi Arabia student the room is spacious with desk bed and builtin cupboards, I can negotiate price without meals .
