Homestay in Auckland

Self contained living quarters separate from main house. Has large living room with small kitchen area, double bedroom with bathroom and wardrobe area. Close to main house but still relatively private.

Living area has settee and chairs, bean bags, tv, desk. Has wifi.

Kitchen area has sink, bench top, fridge, small 2 plate cooker hob, microwave. Can provide a bunker top oven if needed. Plates, mugs, cutlery etc. utensils for cooking. Cleaning products for kitchen and bathroom. Vacuum cleaner.

Would suit single adult or adult with child over 5 yrs, as there is a swimming pool directly outside apartment care needs to be taken. Swimming pool is not heated and not for use over winter.

Strictly non smoking inside or outside.

Meals by arrangement, if required rent can be altered.

Parking space.

On bus routes, close to Botany, Howick, Sylvia park, Panmure Train Station.
