Our home is in Birkenhead, very close (walking distance) to the supermarket & shops. The bus stop is just outside our place at the top of the street, a one bus trip to the city (University) or Takapuna with a variety & frequent buses to catch.
We have two bedrooms available. Both are comfortable & modern, with a queen bed, draws, desk and wardrobe. One bedroom is slightly larger with a walk in wardrobe ($350), the other is a good size with a lovely view ($300). Our living area is open plan and social and we have a second lounge for studying and relaxing. We have fast & unlimited internet, great for students.
You would share our home along with me and my wife, our two loving labradors and our cat. We are all friendly and welcoming.
