Homestay in Mernda, VIC

Hi there, I have a very large (45 square) 5 bedroom home which has recently been converted to 8 bedrooms. There are 2 large living areas, a study and 3 bathrooms. I am single mother with 4 children aged 12, 10, 8 and 6 and I currently have my 27 year old brother living with me. We have his 3 year old on weekends also. I have 2 large bedrooms for rent in the back end of my house, away from all other rooms. Both have walk in robes. One is furnished with a king bed and a desk, while the other currently has a desk but can very easily be furnished with a single bed. There is a bathroom and toilet upstairs which will be used by all boarders only and my children use my private bathroom so you wont have to share with my kids.
The local bus stop is at the end of my street and we live a 5 minute drive from the Mernda train station.
I run my own business from my home office so I am home 4-5 days a week most of the time.
We are a social bunch but also love our alone time, and the house is certainly big enough to manage this!
Price includes all meals (mostly gluten free as we have 3 coeliacs), utilities, unlimited internet and netflix. Please contact me if you would like more information.
