- At KLEMZIG (Northeast Area) Clean and tidy bedrooms, in a house with other female international students . English speaking environment in the house.
- Bedrooms are fully furnished with linen. (Air conditioning/heating unit in the room user pay)
- House is clean, safe and quite.
- Kitchen has all the facilities for the convenience of cooking your own meals.
- Laundry has a washing machine.
- Free Unlimited wifi Internet.
- One minute walk to bus stop/ station, 20-25 mins to the Adelaide University, UniSA, TAFE SA and other English Language Colleges.
- Close to shopping centre.
- Option 1: Room fee is $ 220 per week with meals (Breakfast and Lunch, Monday-Friday ; 5 days), minimum stay 8 weeks.
- Option 2: Room fee is $140 per week,without meals, minimum stay 6 months. If less than 6 months can be negotiated).
Room A is vacant, can move in 24 November 2018.
Room B and C Not vacant.
