Homestay in Carnegie, VIC

I live in an old fire station with a tram stop out the front door and trains a 5 minute walk away. The room is quite large and very bright and airy it has a double bed, bookshelf and a desk. Monash university Caulfield campus is one train stop away and the city by train is about 20 minutes, the trams also run all the way to melbourne university. Shops are walking distance, with a supermarket close by. My son also lives here, he is 20 and works. The house is very quiet and clean. I will cook 5 nights a week, i do not cook on saturday or sunday night, i will supply breakfast every morning,but it is self serve. We live very quietly and do not have people over constantly, we can be quite busy during the day but tend to be more relaxed in the evening.
