Shared clean and tidy bathroom. I can also provide breakfast. Host - I am a 42 year old professional who owns the house, it is sharing with just me. Quiet friendly environment. I also have a cat.
No smokers or drinking at home and no guests. Must be quiet, considerate and tidy. Not looking for a couple and not looking for long term boarder. I am only interested in short term university students studying in Auckland. Thanks :)
