You will share this home with a friendly but quiet female full-time worker and two senior cats. I have hosted a student from the University of Canberra and three international travellers/workers (from India, Canada, and Slovenia) on a long term basis in previous years. $250 a week includes one good-sized bedroom (Choose from: one partly furnished room (I can provide single/double bed, study desk and chair if required) with a standard two-door wardrobe with two drawers in the bottom and an armchair, the other fully furnished room has a queen bed, two bedside tables, 2 bedside lamps and small built-in wardrobe with multiple drawers, in-built full-length mirror but limited hanging space) in this north backing single level townhouse which sits in a small boutique complex of seven offering security and plenty of space. Rent also includes unlimited data NBN 12 FTTN service, secure carpark for one small vehicle (Off-street parking also available if you have a larger vehicle), generally personal use of the main bathroom and separate toilet (which is for use by visitors as well), laundry and kitchen facilities, a covered outdoor area and bbq facilities.
