Hello! My name is Bek and I have 2 bedrooms available in my home. I am a young professional (30yo) and live with a chihuahua called Moxie who is very friendly and loves cuddles. We have a quiet home in the back streets of Magill (10km from the city) and live near a large oval.
Our home has convenient access to the city (by bus), is a 10 minute walk to the UniSA Magill campus and is on the route of the free campus connector bus to the UniSA Mawson Lakes campus. I can help you with planning your transport depending on where you need to go. There is a supermarket under 1km away and a larger shopping centre including Kmart, a bulk-billed medical centre and other smaller shops around 2km away.
Your room will include a single bed, bedside table and wardrobe for your clothes. The house has air conditioning/heating available and all bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is a desk in the study (communal area) that you can use and I can show you several other cupboards/shelves that you can use if required. The $290 covers all bills (water, electricity, gas).
You will have access to the kitchen including staple ingredients in the pantry to use for preparing your own meals. You will also have your own shelf in the pantry and fridge. Wifi is not currently connected but I am happy to help you find low cost prepaid mobile phone options to cover your internet requirements and show you some free wifi options you could access nearby.
I enjoy walking, camping and going on adventures and you are welcome to come with me if you would like. Likewise if you like crafts we would get on well together.
