Bathroom recently renovated and new kitchen. Our home is spacious with full length windows in the bedrooms and sitting area. Washing machine in the main home. Fees include electricity, water, gas and unlimited wifi. I am happy to provide continental breakfast of cereal and toast. I can do short term dinner if required for an additional fee.
I am a single mother of 2 teenage boys, aged 13 and 17. We have 2 small (rather old) dogs. I am a health professional. I have police clearances
Our home is situated close to local shops, parks and transport. It is a 3 to 4 minute walk to the bus stop and 15 minutes to Flinders University and Medical centre. Train station is 12 to 13 minutes walk then 25 minutes into centre of Adelaide to University of SA, Adelaide and University
