Bentleigh East is an area renowned for its quality schools and colleges*. The local shopping strip offers a great selection of fresh produce, fast food outlets and trendy cafes.

Walking distance or short bus ride to the local train station for the 25-minute journey to the CBD. Around the corner are buses to major shopping centres and universities. Perfect in the warmer months - there’s the local pool nearby or you can catch a bus to beautiful Sandringham beach.

It's a light, modernised house with central heating & cooling, comprising three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which you would be sharing with a friendly, single woman and outdoor cat. The two rooms on offer are of generous size, carpeted, with tv points and built-in or walk-in wardrobes. There is even a lovely back garden where tenants often choose to read, relax or eat while enjoying the sunshine and greenery.

1. For long-term stays rent starts at $220 per week and covers:
- Single bedroom
- Walk-in robe
- Desk, chair and lamp
- Access to the main areas: kitchen/family/dining room and laundry are all shared areas
- Unlimited use of the internet
- All utilities (bills).

2. The larger room with sunny aspect, generous built-in robes and queen-sized bed is $240 pw for one person.

The above rents do NOT include meals, but that is an option I'm prepared to discuss.
