We are a young family. We are Vietnamese. My husband was a Thai language teacher. I am an administrator and my husband is a diesel mechanic. We have no pets, but free-range chicken and do not smoke nor drink.
Our home is fully alarmed with night sensors. All rooms are protected by smoke alarms. Our street is a very safe area and is well lit by street lights at night.
Our property has a huge garden which has many mature fruit trees, and vegetable.
The bus is 10 minutes walk from our home. Bus rides to the city centre is cheap with a student concession.

WHAT IS IN THE AREA?
The town of Te Atatu Peninsula is a short 5 minute walk to the Supermarket, Mall, cafes, bars and shops. The library is a 15 minute walk. In the area are plenty of beautiful walks along the waterfront. We live right next to a reserve and from the dining room and deck you have a beautiful and relaxing view of native trees and birds including Tui, rainbow lorakeets and many variety of birds.
We are a multi-cultural family and we love to hosts International guests. You must be clean and will be expected to help out with light household chores, ie dishes. You must be independent, tidy, polite and respectful of house rules.
