Homestay in Macleod, VIC

Female guest only.
We are a family of 4 living in a quiet picturesque area behind LaTrobe University, within walking distance to the free LaTrobe uni circuit bus, the 548 bus to Kew, as well as the 86 tram to RMIT and Macleod train station. We have a spare large furnished room available to
a responsible, respectful and easy going female (preferably 17-25 years old) who is good with kids and animals (we have a cat and a dog).
There is a separate fridge available for your use.
There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, libraries and shops nearby.
You would be expected to clean up after yourself, clean your room and fridge and assist with common area housework, attend to your own laundry and meals.
There is a tv point in the room so you are welcome to bring/use your own tv in your room, however TV viewing in common lounge area is limited to child appropriate viewing until 8pm.
Bathroom is partially shared, there are two toilets available.
