Downstairs room is a sunny, extra large room with a single bed, large coffee table and drawers. I have a jug available on the coffee table for your convenience.
I can place a desk and swivel chair if needed into the room.

Downstairs has a panel heater, WIFI, separate shower and toilet from upstairs.
You have access to the washing machine and dryer.
Must have own transport or be willing to catch a ride with me in the mornings to be dropped off to nearest bus stop.
