Hello , I have been hosting homestay student for many years . I am self employed and the home I live in , I share with my adult daughter who is 29 . Our home is 5 k from the city with a 5 min walk to the bus stop . The bus will take 15 mins to the city a little longer in peak hour traffic . We are a 10 minute walk to a busy shopping precinct that has banks ,supermarkets ,cafes ,bars ,eateries,cinemas,gyms , popular retail shops. The room available offers a single bed ,good storage , a student desk and office chair , internet, bed linen, quilts ,pillows , towels . You will be required to share a bathroom that I use ,the kitchen facilities are available for your cooking . There is microwave ,coffee machine , dishwasher and every thing you need to cook. The house is fully air conditioned ,with open plan kitchen dining and lounge area. There is a courtyard garden with a pergola area that offers outdoor dining and bbq . Washing machine is for you to to use as well .
