Description
I have a 3 bedroom duplex in Labrador. It only has one bathroom and a separate toilet. I am close to Gold Coast University hospital and Griffith Uni. There is a bus stop for Southport 100 meters from my unit and I am in walking distance to the water. The room is large and is available furnished, unfurnished or some furniture depending on needs.
I have two large dogs that spend most of their time outside except when I am home.
I work full time at Benowa so can arrange some meals such as breakfast and dinner. I have never done this before so it will be a learning curve for myself and the student.
I lead a fairly quite life and would expect my guest to do the same. Friends are welcome but no loud parties.
